Ancient warriors wore Carnelian around their necks for courage & physical power! Rock Crystal, along with promoting general hydration, also strengthens the properties of the Carnelian. This mixture is all about the blood. It is believed by many to stabilise circulation & blood pressure & to help with Rheumatic complaints.
You cannot use your own gemstones, but you can unscrew the cap at the base of the bottles, unclip the gem chamber and replace it with a different one.
The gem chambers for glass bottles can be bought individually.
